Step outside and you'll find plenty of space for friendly competitions beyond the screens. Challenge your friends to a game of petanque, or test your aim with a beer pong tournament at the ping pong table. If you're in the mood for something more active, we have a soccer field, a basketball ring and a beach volleyball court to keep the energy high.

When it’s time to take the action inside, the villa is fully equipped to keep the good times rolling. The poker table? Sure, Poker's great and all but what about an epic MTG EDH tournament or amazing DnD one-shots to introduce your friends to the game. Kick back on the massive couch for console gaming, challenge your friends to a foosball match, or dive into the arcade cabinet, loaded with all the classics. And, of course, there’s a pool table for when you’re ready to slow things down and get strategic.

The villa's kitchen is well-equipped for all our culinary needs throughout the week. With two 200-liter fridges and a 200-liter freezer easily restockable through nearby supermarkets. The kitchen also features a microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, along with key appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, kettles, and citrus press.

The villa’s two large dining tables are perfect for gathering the entire group for meals and socializing. Whether it's breakfast before a big day of gaming or a late-night feast, these tables offer plenty of space for everyone.
When the sun sets, the dining area becomes the ultimate movie night spot. With a beamer and projector, you can enjoy your favorite films or binge on YouTube clips with the whole crew. Relax, kick back, and wind down with some light entertainment after an action-packed day. Extra tables and chairs will be arranged to make sure everyone can game comfortably. |

The villa offers a seperate building with a mix of single and bunk beds, spread across several rooms, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest and recharge for the next day’s adventures.

As for the internet, we're covered with a fiber connection of 1Gbps download and 700Mbps upload, courtesy of the Série Spéciale Bbox Must fibre subscription! To make things even easier, the Villalan organisation will provide switches and network cables. Just bring your rig, power cables and extension cords! |

Whether we're keeping things laid-back or cranking up the volume, the villa is the perfect spot for our celebrations. We can have the music going and the party rolling with sound levels up to 90dB, ensuring we can have fun while respecting the peaceful surroundings.
